Position: HR Consultant
Job Description
•
Effectively applying the principles of labour laws and ensuring effective
management of industrial relations/hr matters.
• Advising clients on wage negotiations as well as dispute resolution processes
• Providing advice on issues arising from disciplinary processes focusing on outcomes and sanctions to be administered.
• Assisting/advising on Performance management and improvement systems;
• Organization development;
• assisting in/advising the client on the Employment and compliance to labour regulatory concerns
• advising the clients on Employee orientation, development
• Policy development and documentation;
• Assisting the clients on Employer-Employee relations
• Advise clients on Safety of the employees particularly the ones working in industires, mining or related fields.
• Development of the Human Resources policies and procedures (where there not in place/not implemented.
• Assisting the clients on Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• assisting the clients on running the Disciplinary hearings

Position Requirements
•
Advanced diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/Law or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in Tanzania’s labour laws
• Flexible and result oriented
• Experience in dealing with diversity human resources and labour laws related matters
• Experience in dealing/handling CMA cases at arbitration and mediation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
