Manager
Job Description
The
Account Manager (AM) is responsible for growing and improving the performance
of our restaurant partners. The AM ensures the wellbeing of our partners and
guarantees a long lasting relationship through being empathetic, observant and
extremely well organized. The AM acts both as an advisor for vendors who want
to get more customers or improve their marketing strategy (both online and offline)
but work as sales person. This is a job that requires lot of autonomy and
proactivity.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome call/ meeting to all newly signed partners, ensuring they are educated on the system and how to drive order growth
• Provide service to existing accounts.
• Develop and strengthen Hellofood’s relationships with restaurant partners.
• Increase the value of Hellofood’s restaurant network.
• Introduce new Hellodood products and services to existing restaurant partners.
• Collection of menu / price updates
• Assist Marketing Department with Marketing requests
• To own the geography and have extensive knowledge of delivery restaurants within key areas, with specific focus and regular call-age on the top/developing accounts.
• To feedback trade intelligence as required.
• Achieve sales targets set out by Management.
