OE Data Clerk -Bulyanhulu Gold Mine

OE DATA CLERK (4 VACANCIES) 

Acacia Mining seeks to employ four (4) OE Data Clerks at Bulyanhulu Mine site. These roles will report to the OE Systems Specialist. The incumbents will be assisting in the establishment of a central personnel database and will be responsible to ensure that their assigned tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. 

These are fixed term contract roles (four (4) month contract), with the work roster being four (4) weeks on and two (2) weeks off. 

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• Personnel data collection from various sources. 
• Cross-checking of data and data validation. 
• Inputting of data onto the database. 
• Updating of data. 
• Ensuring data integrity. 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

Qualification Requirements: 
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Social Science would be well regarded. 

Experience Requirements: 
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Access. 
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule. 

Skills / Knowledge Requirements: 
• Must be organized and detail oriented. 
• Must be able to work as part of a team and on an individual basis. 
• Must be able to work unsupervised. 
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with team members at all levels. 
• Must be proficient in English. 
• Must be results driven. 
• Must have strong analytical skills.
