Kilimanjaro Co-operative Bank Limited is inviting a dynamic and result oriented person to fill the position of Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate must have experience and achievement within the marketing/business development field ideally with a minimum of 3 years experience. The Candidate must be not less than 30 years old.

Educational and Qualifications
University graduate preferably in Marketing, Microfinance, or any degree in the related field.
A Master's degree would be an added advantage.
The Business Development Manager will be expected inter alia:
To implement market plans and business development programs that will optimize the bank's
Co-operative model, Microfinance, SME & Corporate customer needs;
To maintaining and improving the level of service quality, carrying our market research to analyze opportunities for business development on target customers/sectors as well as existing relationships .
