Driver (1 Position) Dsm
Job Purpose: To provide transportation services to staff and documentation in a safe, courteous and timely manner to enable effectively implementation of assigned activities._
Job Requirements:
Vehicle
Cleans vehicle and perform routine checks to ensure it has proper working tools on a daily basis.
To report immediately to the GSC all accidents involving organization vehicles. Compliance to the motor vehicle policy provisions.
Staff and material transportation
Transports staff and designated people to all areas as instructed. Ferries goods to required points as may be directed from time to time.
Ensure that all organization assets are not left unattended in the vehicle whilst parked.
Files in accurately the vehicle log books and submits to the GSC by the second day of the month.
Prepares monthly vehicles' maintenance reports for allocated vehicles.
Clerical Services provision
Dispatch and deliver all documents between the office and other service providers
Performs clerical work in the office when required. This includes banking, filing, sourcing quotations, writing purchase requests and general data capture.
Knowledge and skills
Class C drivers licence plus valid defensive driving certificate "0" levels including competence in English Language
Certificate in logistics, administration/ procurement an added advantage
I. A minimum of five years of experience in vehicle maintenance and driving Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
Banking On Change Project Coordinator (1 Position) Kibaha
Job Purpose: To support the implementation of the Village Savings and Loan Associations project, and integration between financial services and other program areas to achieve enhanced opportunities for sustainable livelihoods. These will be undertaken by providing strategic vision, technical support, facilitating learning and mobilizing resources.
Job Reguirements:
• The VSLA project is implemented and scaled up in Tanzania.
~ Micro Finance strategies as components of Country Strategic Plans integrated with other relevant disciplines.
• A set of metrics to determine the effectiveness of Micro Finance strategy in increasing livelihood sustainability.
• A functioning program model that addresses the financial services and business development needs of working youth developed and implemented.
• Case studies documented and shared
• Increased levels of and effective in working in partnerships with technically qualified and willing organizations in Microfinance
• Management of a central information system for all microfinance programs deliverables and impacts
• Strategic alliances/partnerships for increased outreach and effectiveness
• Relevant grant progress report prepared and submitted to Plan Tanzania and donor on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Skills specific to the post
• Analytical, Presentation and conceptual skills
Knowledge of the Microfinance environment in Tanzania and current effective practice in Sustainable Microfinance.
Familiarity with villaqesavinqs and loan methodology
Knowledge of computer software programs used for VSLA monitoring.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills: the ability to listen, advice and influence peers and other professionals.
Familiarity with market-based approaches to economic development; experi¬ence with the value-chain program design methodology
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence peers and other professionals
Qualifications and Experience.
University degree in the field of Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent practical development experience.
Experience in strategic planning
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the design and implementation & management of sustainable financial services (Microfinance) projects at similar level.
Demonstrated abilities and knowledge of the application of participatory
approaches and dia..9nostic tools in diverse settings (rural, peri-urban and urban).
Experience in monitoring and evaluation of Microfinance and/or economic development.
• Effective management and updating of information and technical data
• Skills and experiences in working with and for children and youth

• Close working relationship with Program Units and program department
• Effective management of relationships with donors and NOs.
• Effective management of grants, including grant systems and quality and
Quality assurance of all donor reports
Management and coordination of concept paper and proposal development processes
Coordinating donor visits.
Skills Specific to the Post
• Excellent level of English both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, training and facilitation skills
