6. BRANCH SALES EXECUTIVE – 1 POSITION - KAHAMA-SHINYANGA
Tasks and Responsibilities • Design and execute marketing and sales strategy to increase the bank’s share in the region, • Initiate sales campaigns to increase retail sales, • Evaluate sales campaign impact, • Perform products presentation, • Identify new business opportunities, risks and risk mitigation measures for execution, • Maintain accurate sales, promotion and advertisements data for evaluation and review, • Attend Trade Exhibitions, conferences and meetings to enhance Bank’s visibility and explore new business opportunities for execution • Negotiate or participate in negotiation of contracts and ensure that interests of the Bank prevail. • Monitor, analyze and report branch sales performance on a monthly basis • Conduct Market analysis to identify the bank’s strength, challenges, areas of improvement and opportunities to be grabbed timely

Qualification, Work experience and Competences
A Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration with at least TWO years working experience in Banking Sector. She/he should be computer Literate.
• High standard of integrity, Communication and Presentation skills, Interpersonal and Persuasive skills, Winning and entrepreneurial attitude and a Good Team Player
