Sponsor / Donor Relations Assistant
The School of St Jude is a charity funded school that provides FREE, high-quality education to over 1,800 primary and secondary students from the poorest communities in Arusha, Tanzania. This is made possible through the generosity of many people around the world. Sponsorship and donations are a vital part of the ongoing success of St Jude's, and every contribution is valued.
The School is currently seeking creative, organized and enthusiastic applicants to join the Sponsor Relations Team. The Sponsor Relations team prides itself on delivering the highest standard of quality, personalized correspondence to sponsors. The team places emphasis on quality control, process and policy improvements and the training and development of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating new and engaging communications strategies for sponsors.
- Assuring highest level of quality control on all outgoing correspondence
- File writing
- Keeping up to date and accurate records in the schools multiple databases.
- Liaising with other business and academic teams.
- Answering general sponsorship related questions and individual enquires about specific sponsored Students, Teachers, Boarding Rooms and Buses.
- General administrative duties
Skills/Attributes:
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated experience in creative writing, design and communication skills
- Strong inter-personal skills to work in collaboration with all other departments
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
Living Allowance:
