Hivos Tanzania, which manages the Tanzania Media Fund (TMF) until May 2015, is looking for an organisational development expert. The right candidate will assess and address the capacity strengthening needs for TMF and help design a programme of organisational strengthening, towards the establishment of an independent TMF. The assignment will take place in September 2014, for a maximum of 15 actual working days.
