9. CUSTOMER SERVICE - 2 POSITIONS (DAR ES SALAAM AND KAHAMA)
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Attend Customers
• Perform Accounts Opening, Scanning and Linking activities
• Perform Accounts closure activities
• Enter Customer information’s into the system for subsequent accounts activation
• Issue Pin Mailers as per set procedures
• Prepare report for Accounts open/closed/updated/not updated
• Perform SI booking
• Prepare Customer documentation
• Perform reconciliation of Settlement of account
• ATM/Bank card reconciliation
• Issuing of ATM /Bank card
• Issuing Balance /Bank statement
• Calling Customers to collect ATM/Bank cards
• Booking of FDR
• ATM reconciliation /loading of cash and send report to HQ
• Handling aborted /retracted cash
• Instructing customers on how to activate their ATM Cards to the ATM Machine.
• Check book order, record, maintenance, call customers to collect cheque books, unpaid cheque, and monthly cheque books report
• Scanning and Linking images.
Qualification, Work experience and Competences.
• A Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration with at least two years working experience in Banking Sector. She/he should be computer Literate.
• Attention to detail, High standard of integrity, Good Interpersonal skills and Customer driven attitude
