Human Resources Manager
Warrior Security Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Manager for Tanzania who can develop effective relationships with line managers and provide a professional HR service to the business. Must be able to deliver high quality and consistent services to internal & external customers in line with agreed service standards across a wide range of HR services.
Responsibilities include:
Advisinq the Group on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function.
Advise Senior Management and staff on correct interpretation and application ofTanzania Labour laws, HR policies and procedures and provide strategic advice as required.
Human resources Policy - develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organisation Liaise with other business unit heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
Coordinate with relevant Government offices and other appropriate local institutions to ensure accurate and timely processing of international staff conditions of service,
Reporting and management of human resources metrics - produce reports on key metrics, including staff welfare, I absenteeism and turnover

-Key Skills requirements:
S/he must have a tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
S/he must possess a minimum of 5 years of general HR experience and lor a minimum of 5 years in Human Resources Management experience;
S/he must be able to work alone on a broad variety of projects as well as work with and within teams Must possess strong project management, time r1)anagement, and leadership skills

Education requirements - University degree (s) in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines (Business Administration, Law, Industrial Relations, Organisational Psychology); Master's degree is an added advantage as are additional HR professioJlal qualifications.
