PROJECT MANAGER

A Tanzanian Company engaged in Real Estate Development and Management invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Project Manager.

KEY ATIRIBUTES
•University degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering or Real Estate discipline; with at least 3 years work experience.
•Practical experience in handling inter-relationships between various disciplines such as architectural, contractors, equipment suppliers, facilities operations, hospitality services, convention center service and physical aspects of delivery, including the design, construction, commissioning and operations.
• Experience in working with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
