INTERNAL AUDITOR - 2 POSTS Reporting to Principal Internal Auditor Head Office

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Performs professional internal auditing work. Work involves performing financial and compliance audit projects.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs audit procedures, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and proper documentation within business processes and procedures.
• Conducts interviews, reviews documents, develops and administers surveys and prepares working papers.
• Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations using independent judgement concerning areas being reviewed.
• Maintains productive business and staff relationships through individual contacts.
• Performs related work as assigned by the Internal Audit Management.

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience and Skills you must possess

• Accounting Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a minimum of at least two years experience in internal or external auditing.
• Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is must
• At least two years experience in auditing with good performance track record.
• Good communication skills
• General knowledge on data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
• Adequate knowledge of and applying internal auditing and accounting principles and practices.
• Skills in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems and drawing logical conclusions.
• Considerable knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal auditing and IFRS.

REMUNERATION

An attractive compensation package base on performance and consummate with the responsibility will apply to the successful candidates. All positions terms of employment are performance based unspecified contract.
