Role Purpose TSS Trainer is responsible for planning, conducting, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive training program for the sales staff. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals who seek one-on-one assistance. TSS trainer will ensure the Field staffare equipped with the knowledge, skills and competences required to provide quality sales to our customers and increase productivity in sales forces. Key Responsibilities Together with TSS Manager Identify, recommend and update the material to meet the business strategy. Ensure DSF development needs are identified and gabs are closed. Plan and Facilitate training as per TSS Curriculum. Ensure development plan is clearly communicated and owned by Direct sales force. Conduct trainings as per TSS calendar. Provide feedback to the management and the team when required. Continuous Follow up on development of the students Build knowledge and winning culture within direct sales Force. Weekly reporting on the activities that will be taking place. Ensure compliance with TSS Curriculum and alignment with the Business strategy Ensure the top performers are recognized and are rewarded accordingly by Tigo. Position Requirements Work & Educational background 2-3 years of experience as Trainer,Training officer in Business industry. Degree in sales/Marketing, Education or Human Resources.Experience as sales/Field trainer will be desirable. Experience with Power Point. APPLY |
