Pole Pole is a small upmarket beach resort with reputation for its cuisine, taylor made service and marine activities. The resort is located in the Mafia Island Marine Park, Tanzania. Pole Pole is recruiting for applicants for two management roles (front house/client relation and staff management; administration/accountancy). A permanent contract will require a two year commitment from the applicant. The permanent contract is only confirmed after a mandatory probation period of three months. Work permit, food/accommodation and other benefits will be provided by the Company. We thank all applicants though we will reply only to shortlisted candidates

Requirements:
Applicants should have ability to work autonomously with a problem solving attitude and capacity to live in an isolated location that poses logistics challenges.
Applicants will be required to also report and coordinate with operations coordinator.
Strong interest in cuisine, wellness, nature and sea activities. Able to maintain and improve the standards of services and structures with hand-on approach.
Excellent command of English is mandatory, knowledge of at least another major international language would be a plus.

Excellent social and customer care skills.
Calm, patient and collaborative personality
Building and training capacity
Knowledge of Swahili would be an asset.
