HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - DAR ES  SALAAM
JOB DESCRIPTION.
A Human resources manager is needed who will develop and deliver peoples management strategies which support the Boards overall strategic aims and objectives. The job holder will be expected to contribute at a strategic and operation level in order to identify HR priorities and recommend an appropriate people management solution, which supports business aim in additional of providing a customer focused HR service.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
-              The job holder will provide expert professional advice and support to managers and staffs on all aspects of people management, which fully reflects the Boards desire to be an employer of choice, current employment legislation and best practice.
-              In consultation with the executive director of finance and administration, prepare and implement the annual human resource plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the board.
-              Identify, design and implement strategic HR project as and when required.
-              work closely with senior and line managers, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities (including policies, procedures, terms and condition of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, performance management ,redundancy planning, etc)in order to ensure constant and fair approach to people management throughout the Board.
-              keep up to date with legal developments and advise management on compliance and risk factors.
-              Must be able to run a payroll system of the company.
-              manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters in conjunction with the executive director of finance and administration.
-              provide advice and guidance on individual employee relation cases, ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of the Boards policies, and best practice employment legislation.
-              ensuring that managers and the staffs are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
-              provide support to staff on HR issues as and when required.
-              ensure that staff are informed and updated on key business and organizational issues.

EDUCATION:
 A Degree holder or equivalent in Human Resource management from the recognized university.
EXPERIENCE:
-A 10 years experience with at least 3 years in management level.
-Experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.
