Director of Hotel Operations - Elewana Collection

We are looking for a Director of Hotel Operations for Elewana Collection who is a highly motivated professional with previous general management and multi-property experience. This results-oriented professional will oversee collection of Camps, Lodges and Hotels; work with the property based and corporate support teams to help each of these assets reach their full potential in the areas of revenue generation, associate engagement, guest satisfaction and preserving the asset.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Five years proven multi property experience with a well established brand.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of Africa Hospitality experience and experience of living in Africa
• Demonstrate a proven history of accomplishments in high-growth, customer-oriented organisations.
• Thorough working knowledge of all aspects of hotel management, including financial reports, revenue management, guest satisfaction standards, associate development and so on. 
• Great communication skills and the ability to facilitate, coach, mentor and develop hotel general managers.
• Possess excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Language skills appropriate to our operating locations.
