Oxford Analytica, the Global Analysis and Advisory firm, seeks a Political Risk Analyst to join its Analysis Team to manage and develop our new service – the Global Risk Monitor (GRM), working alongside other members of the Analysis Team and the firm’s expert contributor network to ensure its success.
The GRM will track the movement of our top ten global risks – ie what we believe to be the most serious and pertinent geopolitical and macroeconomic risks the world faces in the year ahead. The successful candidate will therefore have several years’ experience in identifying, monitoring and delivering political risk assessments to senior clients. He or she will have an excellent academic record in related disciplines, relevant country/regional expertise and sound knowledge in political risk methodologies. Candidates with a specialisation in the Middle East are particularly welcome. The ability to communicate effectively to clients in a variety of formats is essential, including verbal presentations and writing and editing top-flight analysis to tight deadlines.
Reporting to the Director of Analysis, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute widely to the Analysis and Advisory services of the firm as it focuses on meeting the needs of its clients at a challenging time.
Applicants should note if they are eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
