In order to be successful in this role you will: * Have demonstrable success of making complex proposals to an array of institutional and private donors, ideally including DFID, EU, and USAID * Have the hands on, tactical capability to build robust and illustrative funding proposals coupled with a strategic, client facing approach that seeks to build personal relationships with donors. * Have the ability to build internal relationships to ensure co-operative working whilst being challenging and thorough to ensure perfection in the organisation’s handling of donor relationships. * Be available for regular UK and International travel to donors, country offices and programme sites.
