African Barrick Gold’s Bulyanhulu Mine seeks to employ an experienced Alimak Fabricator. The incumbent will report to the Alimak Superintendent and the rotational roster will be 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off. Accommodation, meals, flight costs and medical cover will be provided.
KEY RESULT AREAS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• To train nationals in Alimak Fabricating / Repairs.
PROFESSIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
Education Requirements:
• Recognised Trade Certificate (Welding, Boilermaker) working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Experience Requirements:
• 10 years fabricating experience, specifically in Alimak Raise Mining.
• Ability to train and transfer skills
