Monitoring Expert Jobs in Rwanda

Ecorys Netherlands is looking for an expert to join a team monitoring a rural roads support programme financed by a bilateral donor organization in Rwanda. The work, which is short-term in nature, will involve participating in periodic monitoring missions, with work undertaken in both Kigali and in other provinces.

The candidate should ideally have the following profile:

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science or Management
• Background in environmental planning, environmental engineering, or environmental studies
• Experience in preparation of Environmental Management Plans and reports
• Experience in Environmental monitoring of infrastructure projects and evaluation/EIA
• About 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience of working in Rwanda (preferably resident)
• Ability to work in English, French and Kinyarwanda
