CRS/Rwanda is looking for a qualified individual with very high profile in resource management and decision making to fill the position of Management Quality Coordinator (MOC).
The Management Quality Coordinator oversees a department of over 20 staff. The position's primary function is to provide leadership and oversight of the country program's operational support units including Finance & Grants Compliance, Human Resources, Administration, and Information Technology.
The MQC is a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), acts in place of the Country Representative when absent, participates actively in developing and managing CRS/Rwanda's strategic plan, and oversees development and management of the annual budget. The incumbent ensures proper stewardship of CRS resources by staff and partners.
Qualifications:
- Master's in business administration, finance, accounting, human resources, or other relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years' work experience in management in non-profit, development, and/or humanitarian organization with at least 3 years experience in Rwanda.
- Understanding of financial and administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with Sun Systems and/or Vision accounting software helpful.
- Experience managing large, complex U.S. government awards; knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Knowledge of procurement and general office administration/management issues.
- Ability to work and to lead a multi-cultural team.
- Computer literate in MS Office, internet, email.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities in English and French.
