Institutional Giving Manager
The Institutional Giving Manager is responsible for supporting the development and submission of funding proposals and reports, with significant emphasis on WaterAid’s growing USAID portfolio. Operating in a climate of significant growth and increasing US Government regulation and oversight, the Institutional Giving Manager will also play a critical role in building WaterAid’s capacity to manage and comply with USAID guidelines.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and has the motivation and capability to take ownership of an emerging individual giving program. The ideal candidate will possess experience and/or familiarity with international development issues and a commitment to WaterAid’s mission and values. Corporate Partnerships Manager
Based in New York
The Manager of Corporate Partnerships will support the Director of Development in increasing WaterAid America’s contribution to our global mission through implementing our corporate strategy and in building strategic, corporate partnerships. This includes soliciting new and managing existing relationships designed to secure corporate donations, employee fundraising activities and engagement events, product-based fundraising initiatives and commercial opportunities including cause-related marketing.

Development Officer, Individual Giving
Based in New York
The Development Officer for Individual Giving is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding new and existing donors as well as participating in all aspects of the donor cycle. The Development Officer will maintain and manage a portfolio of prospects and donors, and plan and coordinate solicitation of annual and major gifts, creating special events, necessary materials and ongoing opportunities for personal contact between donors and WaterAid while building a long-term pipeline. H/She will steward prospects through correspondence, calls, visits and events, as appropriate, developing effective solicitation strategies and writing compelling proposals for support of WaterAid’s country programs.
