Marie Stopes Tanzania (MST) is a marketing-focused, results-oriented social enterprise, which uses modern management and marketing techniques to provide family planning, reproductive and sexual healthcare and allied services. MST is a member of the Marie Stopes International (MSI) Global Partnership, which operates in over 45 countries worldwide. MST’s goal is to improve quality of life in Tanzania by dramatically improving access to and use of family planning and other reproductive health services.
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our highly motivated team in the following role;
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Information Technology Lead, will be responsible for supporting, upgrading and maintaining Marie Stopes Tanzania’s (MST’s) systems for the highest quality and accurate Marie Stopes Tanzania’s operational services. S/he will also provide Information Technology technical support to the to all Marie Stopes Tanzania teams/Users with technical oversight from the Information Technology Lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide Information Technology technical support to all teams and other teams within Marie Stopes Tanzania
• Build simple database schemes, tables, procedures and permissions
• Perform any other duty as requested by line manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
• Information Technology Diploma /Advanced Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience working in a support office environment, preferably with an International NGO
• Direct experience of developing or maintaining health management information systems
• Previous experience in the role of Information Technology support preferable
• Good communication skills, functioning well independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal English and Swahili language skills
• Willing to undertake regular visits to the regions and interact with different stakeholders
• Keen to pursue personal development
• Strong commitment to the goal and vision of Marie Stopes Tanzania / Marie Stopes International
• 2 years’ experience working in a support office environment, preferably with an International NGO

JOB PURPOSE
The Logistics Officer, reporting to Logistics manager is responsible for supporting Marie Stopes Tanzania routine logistical operations function smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of its clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To clear goods including liaising with customs agencies; facilitation of shipment of goods; liaising with sender offices and customs agencies.To process the import permit for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies with the respective authorities.To work closely with security companies that provide services to MST and provide necessary support that may be required;To prepare and maintain the drug ordering calendar, receive, and compile quarterly drugs and medical supplies requests from field to ensure proper approvals and timely ordering and supply.To work with suppliers and procurement to monitor distribution of the supplies to field and timely and accurate supply of goods and servicesTo keep records and inventory of all Marie Stopes Tanzania property for the Support Office and fieldTo dispose properties in accordance with MST regulations/policies.To review monthly stock status reports and stock utilization as documented by various data sources (including CLIC and Inflow systems), investigate any significant variances and recommended action to be taken to the logistics manager.To work in collaboration with Inventory Controller to maintain accurate Inflow systems inventory orders and distribution for a proper documentationTo conduct with supervision form the Logistics manager regular monitoring and supervision visits to centers and outreach teams to review and ascertain if BIN/Stock card and sheets are updated regularly to reflect stock movementWork closely with Finance team and Clinics Lead to ensure stock check and stock account are conducted as per planTo provide backup support to centers and outreach staff on proper documentation and control of inventoryAny other duties as assigned by your line manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years’ experience in stores and logistics in a large organisation (NGO or commercial sector).Demonstrable experience of a range of logistics and stores activities including, but not limited to: stores, logistics and security.Holder of a Degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain Management or EquivalentDemonstrable computer skills, particularly Word, Excel and stock management computer programmesKnowledge of institutional donor in the sector and related compliance regulations (e.g., DFID, USAID)Pharmacological experience; knowledge of drugs and pharmacy managementPast experience or training in transportation management and /or security issuesQualifications in supply chain management or aspects of supply chain managementRegistered by the Procurement and Supplies Professional & Technician Board (PSPTB)

YOUTH BAJAJ DRIVER

JOB PURPOSE
This five months responsibility will require the successful Bajaj Driver to transport safely the Youth Bajaj Nurse and other Marie Stopes Tanzania staff to the targeted and is responsible for the maintenance and performance of the Bajaj. The driver will perform tasks related to driving MST vehicles in a safe and economical manner as per the MST policy and the traffic laws and regulations of Tanzania
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the nurse to youth target areas including Higher Learning Institutions, Youth Clubs, and other related highly youth populated areas;Assist in demand generation activities including mobilizing and encouraging youth;Participate in service delivery in Higher Learning Institutes/youth groups on assigned dutiesParticipate in any other duties necessary for youth Bajaj Driver
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work six days a week and demonstrable flexibility to work after normal hours where necessaryGood communication skills. Conversant with best youth approaches is an added advantage2 years Bajaj driving experience mostly in urban settingsClean Bajaj driving licenceForm four with a certificate from a credible driving school
