The hotel also functions as a meeting place for expats and volunteers that work in the area. The hotel has 4 restaurants and 3 bars. It hosts business facilities, has a swimming pool and a lovely garden. Some rooms have a spectacular view on the magnificent Lake Victoria.

Job Description
The Assistant Trainee Manager Is Responsible For The Following

Office Administration including day to day bookkeeping

Hotel Inspection on daily basis

Guest Relation

Day to Day Report to Managing Director/ Director , format will be provided

Complaint / Solution

Requirements

Language:

English and preferable other languages

Experience:
Tourism, Gastronomy, leadership skills

Profile
Somebody that want to work in a different environment with a lot of patience - good communication skills – authority – a lot of energy and willing to make long days.

Terms Of Employment

Domestic Return Flight Ticket Dar es Salam - Mwanza – Dar es Salam (Tanzania)

50 % International Airfare

Contract for 6 -12 month’s

Salary/Remuneration $ 500 per month

Cash 50,000 Tanzanian Shilling allowance per month

1 off day per week

Work Permit for Tanzania

Accommodation at the Hotel full board

Medical - Hospital in Mwanza City

1 Trip to Serengeti National Park with Accommodation and Game Drive

Working hours 8-10 (on split shifts)
