Objectives:
The Incumbent handles customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services. The Incumbent Plays a critical role in maintaining singular focus on ensuring and improving customer satisfaction, by identifying broader customer impacting issues and implementing solutions to drive quality and productivity, while achieving real time desired service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the overall daily operation of a store to ensure cost effective and quality operations.
• Responsible for all functions of the retail Shop including sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting.
• Analyze transactions and work to simplify procedures, improve processes and maximize resources.
• Perform customer sales and service transactions.
• Maintain record of all business transactions which includes handling and processing cash
• Promote product and services through up selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities.
• Build collaborative relationships with customers; seek to understand the needs of customers.
• Assist and/or perform administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
• Regular monitoring and detecting internal and external fraud in relation to Sales and Service Provisioning activities hence ensure proactive steps are taken thereof.
• To be a TTCL contact point for all matters relating to customer complaints and ensure good and smooth interface with other sections for curbing revenue and leakage.
• Implement Business activities at very high integrity in adherence to the laid TTCL Key Business Processes for business profitability.
• Provide an effective and efficient management of Customer profile for the business growth and profitability.
• To monitor and report on the daily, weekly monthly and quarterly accurate Sales Performance. Reports as required and advice accordingly.
• To develop, prepare short and medium term sales plan, monitor its Implementation and ensure sales and customer care targets are met.
• To maximize implementation of TTCL Product education to customers and other TTCL staff for common understanding.
Key Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
• Degree in Business Administration/Commercial/Accounts/Finance.
• Two (2) years experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Good communication skills with customer focus and ability to work in a team.
• Computer literacy with basic soft ware applications.
