Job Summary
Ensuring that the contractual + ad-hoc required reports are timely, right quality (e.g. data accuracy) and in the most efficient way delivered to the customer and the internal organization.
Ensuring that the exclusion process is executed successfully and exclusion reasons / improvements are driven within the whole organization.
Ensure performance of the activities and quality in deliverables (reports) by fostering cooperation between the local team and the Global Support Teams.
Understand the performance review and KPI impact analysis as done in depth by the optimization teams, as input to exclusion process
Drive improvements in the reporting structure and exclusion process in line with the Ericsson Global Processes & Tools and contractual requirements
Responsibilities & Tasks
Act as Subject Matter Expert in specific technologies, product/service or solutions delivery
Work with sales/engagement practice team to develop and build value argumentation
Advice in preparation for solution life cycle management
Support deployment of solution
Participate in knowledge transfer and information sharing
