YAKUBU & ASSOCIATES CHAMBER is a fast growing International law firm head quartered in Dar-es Salaam,
Tanzania. The firm is hereby announcing job vacancy.

Objectives:
To ensure that YAKUBU & ASSOCIATES CHAMBER is developed, operated and maintained according to
Vision, mission and policy objectives of the Firm of providing efficient, reliable, secure and affordable
Legal services that meet the needs and expectations of the clients.
To ensure that the firm achieves its five year strategic plan
Maintains and enhances the firm's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating
Employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
To ensure that Firm's vehicles are operated as stipulated in Transport Policy and meet performance standards and targets.

Human Resources Manager (1 Position)

 Reporting to Managing Counsels

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible forthe efficient organization and operation of the Firm's businesses by ensuring that the
necessary resources are available and properly allocated to various places of work assignment.
To ensure that Heads of departments and uniti are aware and committed to achieving the performance targets in terms of business growth.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training Heads of
Departments and Units to coach and discipline employees.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Following up on work results.
Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
A holder of a University Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources/Business Administration/ Economics/Public Administration or Equivalent.
 Possession of a Master degree of Business Administration or Social. Sciences or Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Must have not less than three (3) years of experience in management or Supervisory level in business operations in private sector.
Excellent organizing and leadership skills to meet business requirements.
Good communication skills and interpersonal relations.
Ability to build good relationships with' clients and other stakeholders.
 Innovative, creative and dynamic.
Computer literate.
