HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Afri Tea & Coffee Blenders (1963) Ltd is looking for competent people to fill three senior posts that shall fall vacant in the near future.

1) DUTIES
To be responsible in all matters pertaining to Human Resources and Administration. She/ He act as mediator between Employer and Employees making sure that good relationship prevails between the two parties


2) QUALIFICATIONS
1) Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, or
2) Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management


3) WORK EXPERIENCES
1) Five to ten years
2) Very conversant and practical with current Employment and Labour Relations Act, 2004
3) Ability to use computer
4) Ability to communicate in English and Kiswahili to Management and employees at different levels
5) Applicant who has worked in Production Industry shall have added advantage



4) SALARY
Excellent salary shall be paid based on qualifications and experience
