4. Position Title: Finance Officer (1 Position)-Mwanza
Purpose of the Position: The purpose of this position is to provide professional advice on financial management in execution of project activities at the supported facilities. The Finance Officer will report to the Finance and Administration Officer (FAO).
Key Responsibilities:
To facilitate payments to supported facilities and program staff during supportive supervision.
Provide Technical Assistance and oversight on compliance with Donor and stakeholders requirement for financial management To collect, review and compile financial reports from supported facilities and other stakeholders and submit the report to FAa Follow-up of disbursement request from facilities and implementing partners
To prepare financial reports and submit timely (monthly/quarterly/annually) financial reports and submit report to FAO. To ensure that fund disbursed to facilities is spent as per approved work plans and budgets.
Make follow-up of funds from CSSC-head quarter and imprest retirement from project staff
Record all financial transactions, maintain accounts records and safeguard Commission's assets in accordance with GAAP Facilitate general custodian services of assets include of office equipment, motor vehicle, and other assets
Perform the implementation of financial administration, financial monitoring, and financial performance reports
Carrying out monthly reconciliation that is bank reconciliation, staff debtors, creditors, staff imprest etc.
Provide financial technical support to tile supported facilities. Carry out any other assignments as may be assigned by the supervisor and or the management
Qualifications and experience:
Degree in B.com (Accounting or Finance), or Bachelor of Business Administration from recognized University or College. Post Graduate Degree or/with CPA will be an added advantage.
At least a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Accounting and finance in projects and related activities.
Essential Skills and attributes

3. Position Title: Supply Chain Specialist (1 Position)-Mwanza
Purpose of the Position: Reporting to Supply Chain Team Lead, The Supply chain specialist is responsible for ensuring the availability of HIV/AIDS commodities at the supported PMTCT and Care and Treatment sites by constantly liaising with the facilities/ \District pharmacists and sharing information of the availability of these commodities at MSD HQ and MSD Mwanza Zone so that proper interventions can be made.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating CSSC supply chain activities and work closely with other implementing partners in Mwanza, Geita and Mara to ensure reliable supply of HIV/AIDS related commodities to the supported facilities/Districts.
Technically represent CSSC on supply chain issues at the Regional/District level, and meetings with other implementing partners in these Regions.
Work closely with respective RHMTs, CHMTs and other implementing partners to strengthen supply chain systems of HIV/AIDS commodities in the supported facilities/Districts. Participate in SCM implementing partners meetings and national drug management working groups
Taking the leading role in ensuring that facilities are assisted in using the National pharmacy data base to be able to produce electronic pharmacy reports and request as required by NACP Actively ensuring that the District pharmacists are responsible for overseeing good quality pharmaceutical services are provided in their responsible Districts through Onsite mentorship and technical assistance
Monitoring the implementation of pharmacovigilence activities and rational use of medicines in the CSSC supported sites and share the information with Supply Chain Team Lead to collaborate with TFDA HQ as well as SCMS to improve pharmacovigilence and Rational Use of Medicines in CSSC supported sites respectively.
Monitoring the functions of Medicines Therapeutic Committees in the supported Districts and liaising with District pharmacists to support the MTCs.
Strengthening supply chain and commodities management system of all supported facilities/Districts.
Maintaining close working relationship with MSD and zonal supply chain advisors through periodic documented meetings, and through sharing of facility SCM challenges
Ensure the rational use of medicines and pharmacovigilence implementation in CSSC supported sites
Assist the Supply chain Team Lead in organizing experience sharing meeting With trainings with regard to supply chain activities for the facility staff.
Qualifications and experience:
Pharmacist with degree in pharmacy (Bpharm)
At least 3 years experience in HIV/AIDS commodities supply chain management.
In-depth understanding/knowledge of national HIV/AIDS supply chain systems and pharmaceutical management
Excellent written and oral communication
Management of data base in access or other relevant software Good knowledge in computer software applications such as MS Word, Excel, and the Internet.
Essential Skills and attributes
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to plan, develop and work independently. Ability to work as part of a team

Purposes of the Position: Information Management Specialist is a s motivated individual responsible for effective implementation programs and activities that are part of CSSC Knowledge al Information Management Strategy. He/she will playa leading role generating and disseminating analyzed comprehensive facilities/Districts reports and essential information for Quail monitoring, planning, adjustment and/or re-prioritization of efforts are resources in implementation of HIV/AIDS Care are Treatment/PMTCT activities. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, he/she will take a leading role in coordinating collection, compilation and sharing of CDC progress reports, success stories best practices, field trip and other implementation reports per Done requirements; and external communications, publicity and general awareness materials.
Key Responsibility:
Play a leadership role in overseeing the functions of the M&I team including supervising, monitor and evaluating performance of M&E Officers involved in supporting Quality Data management systems in the supported facilities and Districts.
Technically represent CSSC on issues pertaining to Knowledge Information and Best practice sharing at the District level, Region National stakeholders' forums.
Ensure that reporting programmatic targets/indicators for each facilities/District are organized and shared to Program Teams for effective performance tracking and monitoring.
Compile and share analyzed key program documents (CDC progress reports, trip reports, meeting minutes, contact lists, funding applications, etc) and post onto online database.
Review and analyze trip and progress reports, training reports and identify actions/recommendations for follow up. Ensure such follow-up actions are appropriately shared with all Teams and their implementation monitored.
Collect and disseminate lessons learned, best practices, success stories and other information from implementation of Care and Treatment/PMTCT activities.
Take the leading role in compiling and sharing Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Progress reports in line with CDC reporting requirements.
Play a leading role in tracking the programmatic targets/indicators to ensure that Program meets established performance milestones and standards of quality.
Take the lead in analyzing data and follow up on recommendations for improved performance as required.
Assist the Program Manager in Compiling, organize and share Quarterly and Annual Program work plans.
Participate in' preparation of Program scope of works, work plans and Continuation applications
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor Degree in health Science (medicine, nursing, pharmacy) with Post-Graduate degree in Public health, International health or Health informatics/Research.
At least 3 years experience working with HIV/AIDS programs (ART, HBC, OVC) or community-based project
Experience on USG-funded health and/or other development programs preferred
Prior experience in logistics coordination and information management
Conversant with statistical analysis package i.e. STATA, SPSS Fluent in both written and spoken English
Computer literate (particularly in excel, MS word, Power Point and email)

Position Title: CBTSS Specialist (2 Positions)-Mwanza
Purposes of the Position: The Community Based Treatment Support Specialist (CBTS) will be expected to play key roles in facilitating comprehensive adherence and bi-directional linkages at the supported facilities/ Districts particular of PMTCT Option B+ clients and Children in order to improve retention and reduce Lost to follow-up clients (LTFU).
Key Responsibilities:
Play a leading role in developing Job aid for structured intensive adherence counselling.
Support facilities to conduct mapping of the PLWHA's supportive groups and HBC services providers in their catchment areas. Maintain contact with the sites using the standard adherence procedure in building effective community linkages and ensuring that patient LTFU is kept at minimal among CTC/PMTCT Option + enrolled clients including children.
Support bidirectional CTC/PMTCT-Community linkages in collaboration with HBC services providers.
Provide Technical Assistance and guidance to sites/Districts in tracking missed appointees and LTFU.
Develop more community based approaches for networking and client involvement for enhancing adherence particular of enrolled PMTCT Option B+ and Children.
Serve as key liaison for CBTSS activities between ART Program and other partners, including Regional and District focal technical persons to maintain follow-up contacts including network with key stakeholders for sharing of best practices.
Qualifications and experience

Play a leading role in tracking the programmatic targets/indicators to ensure that Program meets established performance milestones and standards of quality.
Take the lead in analyzing data and follow up on recommendations for improved performance as required.
Assist the Program Manager in Compiling, organize and share Quarterly and Annual Program work plans.
Participate in' preparation of Program scope of works, work plans and Continuation applications
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor Degree in health Science (medicine, nursing, pharmacy) with Post-Graduate degree in Public health, International health or Health informatics/Research.
At least 3 years experience working with HIV/AIDS programs (ART, HBC, OVC) or community-based project
Experience on USG-funded health and/or other development programs preferred
Prior experience in logistics coordination and information management
Conversant with statistical analysis package i.e. STATA, SPSS Fluent in both written and spoken English
Computer literate (particularly in excel, MS word, Power Point and email)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Christian Social Services Commission (CSSC) is an ecumenical body established in 1992 by Tanzania Episcopal Conference (TEC) and Christian Council of Tanzania (CCT) to facilitate the provision of social services in Tanzania. CSSC supports Church institutions to deliver quality social services to all the people regardless of colour, race and faith; and also promotes expansion of health, education and other social services all over Tanzania.
CSSC is an implementing Partner in provision of HIV Care and Treatment and PMTCT services in Mwanza and Geita Regions as well as Rorya District-Mara with funding support from the United States President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) through Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Applications are sought from highly qualified, well experienced and motivated persons for the following positions to join Christian Social Services Commission under the ART Program. The work station for all the positions will be based in MWANZA Region, except for the KIM Specialist position that will be based in Dar-es-salaam.
Position Title: CBTSS Specialist (2 Positions)-Mwanza
Purposes of the Position: The Community Based Treatment Support Specialist (CBTS) will be expected to play key roles in facilitating comprehensive adherence and bi-directional linkages at the supported facilities/ Districts particular of PMTCT Option B+ clients and Children in order to improve retention and reduce Lost to follow-up clients (LTFU).
Key Responsibilities:
Play a leading role in developing Job aid for structured intensive adherence counselling.
Support facilities to conduct mapping of the PLWHA's supportive groups and HBC services providers in their catchment areas. Maintain contact with the sites using the standard adherence procedure in building effective community linkages and ensuring that patient LTFU is kept at minimal among CTC/PMTCT Option + enrolled clients including children.
Support bidirectional CTC/PMTCT-Community linkages in collaboration with HBC services providers.
Provide Technical Assistance and guidance to sites/Districts in tracking missed appointees and LTFU.
Develop more community based approaches for networking and client involvement for enhancing adherence particular of enrolled PMTCT Option B+ and Children.
Serve as key liaison for CBTSS activities between ART Program and other partners, including Regional and District focal technical persons to maintain follow-up contacts including network with key stakeholders for sharing of best practices.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor Degree or Advance Diploma in health Science (medicine or nursing or community .health) with vast experience in implementing CBTS activities according to the National guidelines.
At least 3 years experience working with HIV/AIDS programs (ART, HBC, OVC) or community-based project
Experience on USG-funded health and/or other development programs preferred
Prior experience in logistics coordination and information management
Fluent in both written and spoken English
