• Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in a field related to the work of the organization.
• Five years of hands-on work hands-on work experience closely related to budget management/monitoring/reporting and contracts management and monitoring.
• Prior hands-on experience and extensive knowledge of VISION modules (FI, FM, MM) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
