MUSANZE District informs the Public that it would like to recuit qualified staff to fill the following positions :

1. Executive Secretary of the District (1)

• Masters or Equivalent in Management, Public Finance, Economics, Accounting, Development Economics, Public Administration, Social Sciences with 3 year working experience ; or AO in Management, Public Finance, Economics, Accounting, Development Economics, Public Administration, Social Sciences ; Or other relevant field with 5 year working experience ; or 2 years in senior position

2 Health, Social Protection Officer KINIGI SECTOR (1)

• AO in Social Sciences, Public Health

3 Secretary and Customer care MUSANZE SECTOR 1

• A2 in Secretariat,Accountant

4. In charge of socio- economic Development /Cell (6)

• A2 Agronomy, Veterinary, Forestry, Social Sciences

5. Veterinary NYANGE SECTOR 1

• A2 Veterinary (contractualy)

6. ICT/BDC REMERA SECTOR 1

• AO in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics (contractualy)

7. Project Manager Land, Water Resources and Clean Energy (1)

• Masters in project Management, planning and Development, Management studies, natural resource management, agriculture Economics, Environmental Economics, forest economics or with 3 years of working experience in project Management, Financial industry.
• Communication skills both verbal and written in English are compulsory ;
• Ability to work without close daily supervision, using own initiative and showing flexibility ;
• To be Rwandan by nationality. (contractualy one year)

The interested candidates should download a job application form from Public Service Commission website (w.w.w.psc.gov.rw) or collect it from Musanze District Head Office in room N0.35. The applicants should submit (hard copies only) their Job application form, degree certificates(without Notary signature), a photocopy of National identity card and other relevant documents, not later than30 April 2014 at 4:00 PM addressed to the Mayor of MUSANZE District.

NB : For those who studied out side Rwanda should present the degree equivalence from High Education Council.
