Major Duties and Key Responsibilities: Under the overall supervision of the Executive Director, and in line with harmonized NBI policies and requirements, the RFAH will provide sound team management and constructive leadership, and a strategic, forward-looking approach to strengthening financial, administrative and IT services within ENTRO and contribute to resource mobilization efforts. He/She will lead; development and enforcement of the highest standards of fiduciary control and transparency in ENTRO’s budgetary processes and undertake timely preparation of financial reports

Preferred Skills:
|
Honours Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or relevant degree with post graduate qualification in Business or Management; ideally a professional qualification in financial management with minimum of 10 years work experience in international organizations and/or complex, multi-donor programs and projects. Knowledge of procedures of international financing agencies, such as the World Bank and African Development Bank is required.
