1. Supply Chain: Procurement Manager
Role
Responsible for managing & organizing all purchase-related activities related to inventory, supplies, services and capital goods. Responsible for negotiating terms & conditions. Coordinates activities with inventory control to determine most cost-effective inventory and re-order levels. Evaluates vendor quotes & services. Oversees activities of team leaders & buyers. Ensures that purchasing efforts remain within budget and generate savings/cost optimization.
Main Responsibilities and Duties: Implements & maintains procurement policies and procedures within the OPCO, Liaises with general management to maintain adequate levels of supplies & make recommendations designed to reduce costs and improve quality/ Builds relationships with suppliers, analyses price trends and make recommendations on the timing and quantity of purchases/ maintain close relationship with internal customers to always asses its services and exchange feedback/ Establish a procurement plan to sustain main activities of the company. And Liaise with Departments owner to make sure that their requirements are met.

2.Supply chain: Warehousing & Logistics Coordinator
Role
Processing of all international orders and contacting international suppliers in relation to orders.
Main Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate business planning inputs for SCM department for Warehouse Management. Management of Asset & Logistics. Interfacing with Inspection Company. Reporting & Facilitating Customs process. Clearing Agents. Logistical Support.

3. Customer services: Pre-paid Retention Manager
Role
Responsible for Leading the Prepaid Churn initiative from the customer side and will partner with the usage & retention team in Marketing.
Main Responsibilities and Duties: Co-creating the Prepaid Churn prevention strategy & framework with the Marketing team. Developing Policies, processes & Platforms. Design and Implementation of lifecycle Management Programs for prepaid customers. Standardizing the Process of prepaid Churn management. Ensuring creation of Monitoring& control system to track service delivery. Developing & enhancing the capabilities of the prepaid retention teams.

4.Marketing: Data & VAS Executive
Role
Responsible for growing Data and VAS adoption and usage in Airtel Rwanda, co-ordinate closely with the all Marketing Managers team both within the OPCO & group to ensure a structure to grave Data & VAS marketing plan is defined, implemented & managed within Rwanda and that it is closely linked to Smart & Feature Phone adoption within the market. Main Responsibilities and Duties: Marketing Product Planning. Product lifecycle management & resource management. Product development & Product relevance evaluation. Data & Vas analysis & Reporting. Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

5. Marketing: Trade Marketing Executive
Role
Responsibilities, achieve business goals through efficient & strategic placement of branding & POS for maximum trade visibility with existing resources. Ensure on ground efficient, effective & seamless execution of brand assets end to end. Work co-partnered with cross functional teams to build & maintain the channel universe database. Drive impactful retail presence in an innovative & cost effective way. Ensure on grounds effective ROl on POS and Sponsorship investment.
Main Responsibilities and Duties. Trade Marketing Management & Analysis Support. Sales Support Planning & Merchandising Execution. Sponsorships & Experiential Execution as well as Product Launch Execution.
