BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
 Duties and responsibilities
·         Registration /formation of groups of SME businesses, in Arusha, Karatu and Longido.
·         Establish training needs for the identified SME groups.
·           Promote and assist registration and formalization of business of the group members.
·         Carry out training to the target SMES as per the identified needs.
·          Evaluate and report on the progress of the SMEs supported by the Trias project.
·           Promote networking among SME business including inter business visits, for experience sharing.
·           Promote markets for groups & Members (Also all ordinary members).
·          Promote internal governance within the Chamber especially at the district level.
·           Coaching of selected youth business.
·         Project proposals writing, execution, monitoring and evaluation
·          Identification of consultants and development research methodologies.

 Qualifications and experience
A university degree in community development, business administration, marketing, or equivalent with three years working experience in a member based organisation.Fundamental responsibilities like
Project proposals writing,excution,monitoring and evaluation.

Remuneration
