Mantrac Tanzania Ltd, a subsidiary of the Mansour Group has been the sole distributor of Caterpillar earth moving, power generation and materials handling equipment and product support services in Tanzania for over 83 years.
We are growing and evolving company and to achieve our objectives seek to fill the below vacancies. Candidates will be responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets for the Company's range of generator products within Tanzania Territory.
Qualification: B.Sc. Electrical/Electro-Mechanical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of two years working experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Study the market and analyse market responsibilities
• Receive parts counter/phone enquiry
• Order and process BIO (back order) items
• Handle credit note requests
• Gather information regarding the demand of the product, reasons for the change and
analyse customer needs
• Determine potential and prospective customers
• Organize meetings with the customers
• Participate in the contract preparation, defining the type of contract
• Ensure payment is received timely according to contract arrangements.
• Prepare and participate in fairs, tenders, and exhibitions upon confirmation with the Head of the Department
• Any other ad hoc tasks that may arise.
Skills: Very good written and spoken English.
