SENIOR MANAGER SELF SERVICE CHANNEL SYSTEMS
Responsible for projects implementation and thereafter, efficient day-by-day operations
of all Self Service Channel (SSC) systems. The job holder is the advisor to the Head of
SSC systems on all SSC systems issues. The outputs of this position are therefore
reflected in the quality (accuracy, availability, response time, reliability, predictability,
security and recoverability) of Self Service Channel projects and services to NMB
customers
