Title: Strategic and Corporate Planning Executive
Department: Strategic and Corporate Planning
Reporting to: Manager, Strategic and Corporate Planning

Key duties and responsibilities

• Conducting market or competitor research, analyzing data, and building financial models.
• Conducting long term analysis of economic, political and social trends that are relevant to airline industry;
• Maintaining a close-eye on demographic trends related to target customer segments;
• Coordinating the strategic planning process by working closely with other departments;
• Co-ordinating action planning and budget preparation /implementation;
• Conducting Company Performance reviews and producing reports;
• Monitoring trends in product innovation in the airline sector;
• Development of long term strategic plan.

Required Education and Experience:

• Solid Experience of Data Modeling Techniques and Progressive Experience in Financial Modeling; Business Intelligence within Related Strategic Field. Experience as an Analyst Role in Finance and Planning.
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics or Business Management is mandatory.

Core Computer Competencies

• MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Exceptional Knowledge of MS Office- Excel is required
• Microsoft Project 2007 is required
• Knowledge in any other modeling tool is an added advantage
