Position Description:
Reporting to:National Director
Scope:
The National Sponsorship coordinator is responsible for
administration and Coordination of Sponsorship work for SOS Children's Villages Tanzania, ensuring that sponsorship policies, procedures and guidelines are implemented and adhere to at the National Office and the SOS Children's Villages Tanzania.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensures Effective Communication between sponsors and children at National level to International
Ensures good public relation with sponsors and the public and enhances good image of the organization.
Ensures Sponsorship Records are well kept
Ensure High Standard of Efficiency and Organization
Keeps up to date records of all sponsors local and International ensuring that all new sponsors are recorded and cancellation of sponsorship is promptly updated
Responds effectively and promptly to enquiries from sponsors and International Sponsorship Office
Academic Qualification and Experiences
University graduate in one or combination of the following disciplines; Public Relation/Mass communications/Social Sciences
Minimum four (4) years working experiences
Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of fundraising activities and experiences
Child Rights and Child Protection knowledge will be added advantage
Report writing skills
Computer literacy
