(高级) 架构师

诺基亚手机部门的功能手机产品开发团队 (北京和奥卢) 正在招募多名 (高级) 软件技术主管。您将负责与我们的 S40 产品相关的技术调研和开发。您将使用市场上一些最热门的移动技术，加入一个具有强烈进取精神的团队，为 S40 软件产品开发手机软件。

你的主要任务和职责如下：

· 设计、维护、改进和实现软件体系结构，以便有效地整合各种业务需求

· 为软件项目提供支持，以选择合适的软件解决方案，并对备选软件体系结构和技术进行分析和评估

· 参与我们的软件流程，并提供概念设计支持，进行原型设计、工作量估算、可靠性研究以及风险评估

· 负责软件开发团队技术方面的领导工作，直到推出成功的解决方案并实现关键组件或启用程序

· 作为团队中对平台了解最深的工程师，分享您的知识并指导和培训其他团队成员

· 开展相应的活动，以便制定软件体系结构与开发方面的标准并确保其得到贯彻实施，同时负责评估新的软件技术和方法

· 作为团队的技术沟通纽带，将系统级的技术趋势贯彻到底，并回答领域内的技术问题

· 执行软件体系结构审核

资历要求：

理想候选人应在软件开发领域具备丰富的工作经验，拥有计算机科学、电子工程或类似学科的学位，并在软件领域拥有 8 年以上的相关工作经验。我们希望招募一位擅长于特定领域并具备以下能力的公认专家：

· 敢于并乐于从事此方向的开发工作

· 具备软件应用程序开发经验

· 全面了解软件开发生命周期中的方法、工具和标准，尤其是系统设计

· 深入了解并使用过 C、C++ 或 Java 本机内核

· 深入了解嵌入式系统，例如操作系统和内存管理

· 能够跨多个项目完成多项任务，并具备较强的问题解决能力

· 流利的英语口语及书面表达能力

· 具备乐于接受新想法的天性

· 具备较强的分析能力，善于发掘问题的核心并确保及时获得正确的结果

· 能够独立工作，相信开诚布公的对话可保证取得最佳结果

What Are We Looking For?

Senior Software Architect

We are seeking several (Senior) Software Technical Architect Leads in Nokia Mobile Phones Featurephone Product Development Beijing and Oulu. You will be responsible for the technical investigation and development in relation to our S40 Products. You will work with some of the hottest mobile technologies on the market and join a highly motivated team to build mobile phone Software for the S40 Software products.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will comprise:

· Designing, maintaining, improving and implementing Software Architectures for the efficient integration of business requirements

· Supporting Software projects to select suitable Software solutions with analysis and evaluation of alternative Software architectures and technologies

· Participating in our Software process with conceptual design support, prototyping, effort estimations, feasibility studies and risk assessments

· Responsibility for technical leadership of Software development teams until successful solution rollout and implementation of the key components or enablers

· As the most knowledgeable engineer about the platform in the team, sharing, coaching and training others

· Initiating activities to develop and ensure standards for Software Architecture and development as well as the assessment of new Software technologies and methodologies

· As a technical interface of the team, following up system-level technical trends and answering technical questions in domain

· Performing Software architecture reviews

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Software Development and a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar as well as 8+ years of relevant experience in the Software domain. We expect a recognized professional in the particular field with the following attributes:

· Courage and will to develop in this direction

· Experience in developing Software applications

· Extensive overview and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methods, tools and standards, especially system design

· Deep knowledge about and experience in C, C++ or Java native Core

· Deep understanding of embedded systems, e.g. OS and memory management

· Ability to multitask across several projects and demonstrated problem-solving ability

· Fluency in both written and spoken English

· Natural openness to new ideas

· Strong analytical ability to master cutting through to the heart of a situation and ensuring the right results in time

· Independent way of working and believe that an open, honest dialogue ensures the best results
