As part of the Supporter Services team at WaterAid, the Supporter Liaison Officer plays an important role in supporting our fundraising and campaigns teams to maximize supporter engagement in order to meet our ambitious targets.
You will act as a second line support for the Supporter Liaison Manager, taking responsibility for the team's day-to-day delivery of sector-beating supporter experiences. This role will allow the team to build loyalty and help deliver long term income through the provision of excellent supporter care.
Candidates will be expected to have excellent customer service or supporter service skills, and a passion for providing continuously high levels of service through calls and emails to and from our supporters, written enquiries and complaints. You will have strong written and verbal communications skills, and an ability to build rapport on the phone to engage with our supporters and build loyalty.
