Position: Research Analyst Social Sectors (2 positions)

Department: Uwazi

Reports to: Uwazi Manager

Location: Dar es Salaam-Tanzania, Nairobi-Kenya.

Anticipated Start Date: October 1^st, 2011

Overall Responsibilities

Under the overall guidance of Uwazi manager, the research analyst shall:

1. Contributes to the mission of Uwazi.
2. Support the Twaweza team in its endeavour to implement program goals, including through internal learning, policy debates, and opinion articles.
3. Support the planning and review processes of the Uwazi work program in a timely manner
4. Implement activities in line with the associated budgets and with work plans, in ways that are consistent with Twaweza policies.
