Job Purpose:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Assistant is responsible for
evidence collection, learning and capacity building at camp level to see if Plan’s Tanzania’s
CPiE, Youths and EiE Programs are progressing as per plan and generate information
required for improved program design and implementation.
Knowledge and skills:
Experience and knowledge in developing and use various M&E methods and tools.
Demonstrate technical expertise in implementing community-based child protection
responses.
Experience in child protection in emergencies work, some of which must have been in the
field.
Good knowledge and understanding of humanitarian principles and child protection
standards.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 1 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation.
A Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology or any related field.
PROJECT COORDINATOR –ECHO 1 POSITION KIBONDO
Job Purpose:
To coordinate and ensure effective implementation of the ECHO Project; The incumbent will be
responsible to ensure he/she effectively coordinate the project, capacity building, monitoring
and evaluation and compliance.
Knowledge and skills:
Excellent and proven project management skills developed in the delivery of similar projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills utilised in the development of effective
working relations across a range of stakeholders in project delivery.
Ability to monitor project results and expenditures against work plans.
Editing and report writing skills.
Strong facilitation and training skills.
Commitment to capacity building.
Strong people leadership skills: Teambuilding, coaching & mentoring of staff.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in coordinating International development projects
or community development projects.
Experience in interacting with partners and achieving project outcomes accordingly.
A bachelor degree in relevant areas such as Social Science /Development studies or its
equivalent.
FINANCE COORDINATOR 1 POSITION KISARAWE
Job purpose: To manage the corporate financial information system at the Program Unit and
ensure compliance and internal controls are adhered to in the procurement and payment
process. Enhance the financial capabilities of the PU Finance team and communities to
effectively manage budgets. Responsible for Cash and budget management, Financial
reporting, Internal Financial Controls enhancement and Field Support Visit.
Educational Qualification and Experience
In-depth knowledge of the Finance and accounting preferably in Non-profit making
organisation
A degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
CPA will be an added advantage
Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills appropriate to the audience
Proficient Computer skills and use of relevant accounting packages

courteous and timely manner to enable effectively implementation of assigned activities in the
emergency program area and Program Unit areas. Generally responsible for staff and material
transportation, vehicle maintenance, clerical services etc
Knowledge and skills
• Class C drivers licence plus valid defensive driving certificate
• “O” levels including competence in English Language
• Certificate in logistics, administration/ procurement an added advantage
• A minimum of five years of experience in vehicle maintenance and driving
• Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
