well-established and expanding Group having multi-product and multi-service
operations across East & Central Africa. Its main product lines include
Tyres, Engines, Drills, Transmissions, Earthmoving & other Equipment.
> Summary :
Reporting to the General Manager, the SM-CV
will be overall in charge of the functioning of Commercial Vehicle Sales department
with responsibility of overseeing all commercial vehicles sales, activities and
implementation of sales programs in line with corporate strategy and budget.
The SM-CV will also be responsible for leading and supervising a dedicated
sales team to achieve established targets and carry out implemented sales
strategies and objectives. Heavy Duty Commercial vehicle lines will include
range of Canters, Trucks, Buses and other commercial automobiles to
manufacturing, oil & gas, transportation, construction, and other sectors
in Tanzania and the region beyond.
> Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed pre-determined sales targets
whilst adhering to a disciplined sales process.
- Ensure that customers receive and experience
in line with Principal expectations that follows company's route to sale.
- Communicate and quote all relevant and
available products and services. Using tools provided to accurately capture
data.
- Maintain a professional image at all times
and take responsibility for company's premises and products.
- Execute national sales operational
requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
