Job Description

MGen Tanzania Insurance Company Limited is looking for Business Unit Managers. The ideal candidate should have a high degree of competence and exceptional track record preferably in marketing and sales with knowledge of insurance products and principles.

The potential candidate shall maintain responsibility for the assigned business unit, including profitability, production, and business unit operations.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor degree in related field or other qualification (insurance qualification will be added advantage)

- High level of commercial skills and business acumen

- High interpersonal and communication skills to establish customer relationships

- Team player

- Competitive and target oriented person

- Ability to work cross functionally across different parts of the country

- Self motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision

- Clean drivers license
