ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING
The Human Resources Section (HR) has a transversal function in the organization and its aim is to ensure that ITC has the right quality of Human Resources with the appropriate skills and competencies in order to achieve its strategic and operational goals and to provide staff with a supportive, challenging and rewarding work environment in order for them to fulfill their potential and maximize their contribution to the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Human Resources Officer, the technical guidance of the ITC Gender Focal Point and the general guidance of the Chief, Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant will perform the following duties

INDICATIVE ANNUAL SALARY AT THE G-5 LEVEL
Annual Salary (net of tax) CHF 75,093 at single rate, with annual increments subject to performance.
