Job Description
Milvik Tanzania Ltd are
looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to motivate and lead our team of field and
call centre agents and to ensure consistent high performance across the board.
The candidate will work closely with the Country Manager to establish
appropriate procedures, as well ensuring that these procedures are followed by
both sales agents and team leaders. He/she will be responsible for identifying
barriers and enablers to achieving targets, and must have the initiative to
implement the required changes.
Key Responsibilities :
¥ Track and report on individual/team
performance in line with targets
¥ Make recommendations with regards to
bonus structures and disciplinary procedures
¥ Carry out regular sales and product
training
¥ Design and implement appropriate
competitions daily, weekly and monthly to motivate teams and improve
performance
¥ Monitor and report on
attendance/punctuality and track leave
¥ Administer call sheets and resolve
daily operational issues
¥ Effectively communicate instructions
and procedures from senior management, following up regularly to ensure
compliance
Position
Requirements
Experience Required :
• Experience of managing a sales team
or call centre
• Experience of carrying out effective
training
• Experience compiling and summarising
reports
• Excellent English, both written and
spoken
Personal Attributes :
• Self-motivated and capable of working
independently
• Methodical and paying close attention
to detail
• Outgoing and approachable
