Internal Auditor II (2 Posts)

Entry Qualifications:
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from a recognized Institution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
i. Auditing Financial and Inventories report.
ii. Ensure that financial and internal control systems are effective and are consistent with Institute financial rules and regulations.
iii. Auditing accounts.
iv. Ensuring budget control systems if effective
v. Preparing and advising on audit guideline to be used by the institution.
vi. Ensuring that internal audit reports are prepared according to audit standards.
vii. Undertaking special checks and investigation for audit purposes
viii. Advising and following up accountants on dealing with external audit queries.

Salary Scale: PMGSS 6.1
Age Limit: Not above 40 years of age.

Laboratory Technologist II (2 Posts)

Holder of a Diploma in Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution, who have been registered in the register of health Laboratory Practioners as Health Laboratory Technologist.

Duties and Responsibilities:
i. Receiving , extracting and recording samples for laboratory examinations.
ii. Preparing Laboratory equipment and chemicals for laboratory tests and examinations
iii. Keeping and maintaining patients records.
iv. Maintaining list of Laboratory equipment in the department.

Salary Scale: PMGSS 4.1
Age Limit: Not above 35 years of age.

Medical Attendant II (10 Posts)

Qualifications:
Holder of an Ordinary Secondary School Certificate and must have at least three (3) years working experience in the related field. Must have a Pre-Nursing Certificate from recognized institution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
i. Providing basic health education to in patients and relatives in the ward.
ii. Ensuring that all utensils are clean
iii. Inspecting the Institute Clinical areas
iv. Advising matron on all matters relating to cleaning duties.

Salary Scale: PMOSS 2.1
Age Limit: Not above 30 years of age.
