(2) Job TItle: Deputy Quality Control Manager (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure that Good Lab Practices are followed in the QC lab
To ensure that all the necessary sampling, testing and calibration is carried out as per the approved specifications and SOP's.
To ensure timely releases 'of starting material, packaging . material, intermediate, bulk, finished product and stability products.
To review test specifications, test methods and other
Quality procedures and to maintain Deviation reports.
To ensure timely calibration of equipment's and validation of analytical methods.
To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of the department personnel is carried out and adapted according to the needs.
Monitoring of storage conditions for raw material and finished product retention samples.
To maintain the out of specification log books, inspect, investigate, take samples, in order to monitor factors which may affect product quality.
To review analytical data and. reports for finished products.
Coordinate with other departments for the scheduling of analysis and release of the raw material, packaging material and intermediates and finished products.
Responsible for maintaining Stability chambers & managing Stability studies related to new products and Regular Product stabilities.
To assist Quality control Manager in preparing departmental budget

Minimum Qualifications and skills
To apply for this position, - candidate must have a Degree in any of the following disciplines; Pharmacy, chemistry, Biochemistry Analytical chemistry or any related Science and
At least 5 yrs experience in a Pharmaceutical QC lab' of which at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role in a Pharmaceutical industry.
Hands-on Instrumentation skills and wet chemistry skills is a must. Computer literate.
Quality orientation and high attention to detail.

JOB TITLE: Quality Control Analyst( 2posts).

Reporting to: Manager Quality Control

Duties & Responsibilities
Analysis of in process, raw material, intermediate, and final release samples in compliance to cGMP
Ensures that laboratory productivity and turnaround goals are met through timely Completion and review of 'laboratory testing.
Ensures that laboratory equipment and supplies are maintained.
Ensures that laboratory systems are understood and followed in a manner that facilitates efficient laboratory operation.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
BSC in chemistry or related field / Diploma in Laboratory Science or related field
Computer literate.
At least. 2 years Hands on experience with lab equipment.
Must have previous experience with HPLC and UV/VlS Spectrophotometer.
Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
Hands on experience with analytical methods validation is distinct advantage.
