The Operations Manager has overall responsibility to lead, direct, and control the activities of its Tanzania sector to achieve short and long-term financial and operating objectives as set by the organization’s East Africa business plan. The GM will also assume responsibility for ensuring overall operation within the legal framework of the country.

The operational proficiency, services and flexibility of solutions provided by the GM and his/her team will be designed to attract customers, retain them over a long term and/or ensure repeat offerings within the country or any other locations within the region or worldwide.

> RESPONSABILITIES :

 Develops maintain and retain existing and new client/distributor associations ensuring amicable relationship to avoid conflict.

 Work closely with distributors to provide support, service, products and solutions as they arise with focus on maximizing revenue potential and satisfaction.

Position Requirements

Strong technical background in machinery products will be a strong advantage.
