Description
You will be responsible to implement and
maintain the FSSC 22000 system and act as a point of contact with the Food and
Environmental Hygiene Department. Furthermore you will be required to maintain
the food safety system as defined at the hotel.
The Hygiene Officer will be required to
provide in-house training for the food handlers, evaluate and report on all
FSSC standards to ensure they are achieved.
Also you will be responsible for maintaining
the hygiene standards of the hotel/catering and to advise food handlers on the
proper food handling practices.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who has a
minimum 1 years experience as a Hygiene Officer or equivalent in the food
production or service industry.
Certified in either ISO 22000.2005 or FSSC
22000 / PAS 220 .Working knowledge of Temperature Measuring Devices, Digital
Camera, and PPEs( Hair Net, Hand Gloves, Mouth Piece)and well developed computer
knowledge.
